Total Size: 22 hectares (54 acres) including 3 hectares (8 acres) of nature reserve. Most lots front the nosara river which carries clean, unpolluted water year round. All lots are segregated and registered with individual titles issued free and clear.

Approx. 8 acres of the land are designated as a protected nature reserve for horses, camping, sandy riverfront.

Each parcel has its own, well placed entrance and private driveway to it's building site. The spacious layout of the lots (25,000 to 120,000 sq. ft.) combined with abundant tree growth guarantee the privacy of our hide-away in a natural paradise, with monkeys, birds, butterflies and iguanas.

Telephone lines are available, as well as a primary power line (110/220 Volt) for connection to all individual lots. Residences are wired underground. Ten houses have been built.

Location: 1 mile to the village of Nosara with shopping and restaurants as well as the 3300 ft. asphalted Regional Airport with several daily flights to/from San Jose. A private taxi way leeds to our own hangar. La Reina lies within minutes of many miles of unspoiled and uncrowded beaches and coves as well as the 5 miles of protected turtle beach, (Ostional Reserva Biologica).

Of 18 original lots, 2 are still available.
