Most properties have title and topographic plan, both registered with the public registry. There are no restrictions in the vested title for foreigners with constitutional guarantees, except in the maritime zone. You can design and build the home of your dreams.

Each lot in our project has access to the water system as well as the primary powerline.. Annual maintenance costs for the co-owned water system, road maintenance, wages and social security of the employees are shared by all. At present (2007) the cost is approx $750.00 annually on a non profit co-operative basis.


We offer partial financing and/or trades to qualified buyers.

It is more important to us to find a good neighbor than to make a "fast buck".

Since we ourselves have our part, or full time residence here now a pleasant neighborhood, mutual respect and enjoyment and care of the natural environment are our most important prerequisites
